Delivery
UK Deliveries
We use ROYAL MAIL tracked post as standard for orders within UK. Flat fee of £2.85
International Deliveries
Delivery costs of jewellery to anywhere in the World have a flat rate cost of 5 GBP. For other items the shipping cost is calculated by weight and displayed during check-out. We use ROYAL MAIL International Standard airmail.
For extra security and peace of mind:
- All purchases up to £100: option to send by “ROYAL MAIL Tracked” service is available upon check-out for a small extra cost. For some countries the tracking is not available, but “signed for service” is used instead.
- All purchases above £100: we send by ROYAL MAIL Tracked or “Signed For” service at no extra cost.
For an express delivery, we can send by UPS, but prices are high. Please contact us for a quote.
Customs
fromAll purchases destined outside UK are send with a Customs declaration with the purchase value. You may have to pay fees or taxes that will be charged by the customs and usually paid to your local postal service.
Orders from EU: We don’t use the IOSS system to collect VAT on your behalf during check-out, for all orders bellow €150, so you probably will have to pay fees to your local post office before delivery. For detailed information see the FAQs section.
Delivery Times
All purchases are packed and posted within two working days.
The following delivery times are estimated based on Royal Mail information and adjusted for occasional delays. Further delays can occur due to customs, weather and public holidays.
