How to shop

No, you can place an order without  creating an account, you can check-out as a guest.

If you forgot your password, just go to the login page, click ” forgot password?” , enter email address and a link to reset your password will be sent to your email. If you still have problems logging in, please contact us.

After adding items to basket, you will be directed to the check-out page. In there, you will be asked to write your name and address for us to be able to process your order and calculate shipping costs. 

You can choose to upgrade to tracked delivery and proceed with payment through Paypal or Stripe.

 You will receive a confirmation email  and another email will be sent when we ship your order.

At the moment we don’t process orders over the phone. However, if you don’t wish to purchase through our website, we can issue  an invoice through Paypal and send it directly to your email and you can pay that way. Just contact us with your request.

After Purchase

We ship your order in 1 to 2 working days after purchase. The arrival of your order depends on where you are located, season, holidays and customs. For an estimated time, please visit the  delivery page

We post the orders within 1 to 2 days after purchase. You can cancel your order at any time after purchase and a refund will be given. 

If the order hasn’t been shipped, it will be cancelled immediately and a full refund will be given. If the order has been shipped, it will be treated in the same way as a return, please see bellow.

You can make changes to your order any time up to the point of shipping, just contact us.

We gladly accept exchanges:

  • You can exchange and return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt of your order.
  • Items must be unworn and in their original condition and packaging.
  • We can’t exchange earrings for hygienic reasons.
  • Personalised items are not refundable nor returnable.
  • Please contact us before shipping the item back and let us know which replacement you would like.
  • We recommend a tracked/recorded service. Return shipping will be paid by you.
  • Any difference in price will be added or refunded.
  • There will be no charge for exchange, but we will have to charge for shipping.

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase and we accept returns.

  • You can return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt of your order.
  • Personalised items are not refundable.
  • We can’t accept returns for earrings for hygienic reasons.
  • Please contact us before shipping the item back.
  • We recommend a tracked/recorded shipping service. The return postage will be paid by you.
  • Items must be unworn and in their original condition and packaging.
  • As soon as we receive the items your refund will be issued to your original payment method used at purchase.
  • The delivery costs are non refundable.
  • Please note that in case the item is grossly misrepresented or defective, we will refund both the item costs and delivery costs.
  • In case the item is damaged in the post, please contact us to arrange a suitable solution ( exchange or refund).

We have been selling online and posting packages all over the world for many years and in our experience, the postal service is very reliable. Some packages can take longer than others and delays of up to one month can happen, especially with the current situation.

Sometimes an attempted delivery is made and a notice is left in the post box.

For orders with a tracking number, you can check online, but sometimes not all progress is updated in the system. If you are worried that it is taken too long, please contact us.

Sales, Discounts and Offers

No, only one coupon is allowed per order. 

No, products on sale cannot have another discount applied on top of the sale price. If you use a coupon on an item on sale, the sale price will be reverted back to the original price and the coupon discount will be used instead. For example, the item A is on sale with a discount 15%, if during check-out you apply a coupon with a discount of 20%, the original 15% sale discount will be replaced with the coupon discount of 20%.

The coupon will apply to the full price item and the product on sale remains with the sale discount. However, if the coupon discount is higher than the sale price, the discount will be applied to both products.

Customs Fees

The prices shown don’t include any taxes or fees. As I don’t reach the UK threshold for VAT I am not VAT registered.

For orders below €150 and customers in the EU, VAT will be added during check-out from MAY 2024. See FAQ bellow.

You are responsible for paying any customs, duties and handling fees due. Please check any fee payable before placing an order. Usually your Postal service has updated information.

I include the correct customs information in all my packaging to ensure a fast processing through customs but sometimes there is a delay, specially to the EU, due to the new rules.


The items your purchase from this site will be shipped from the UK and due to Brexit, VAT and duties are charged by your country customs before delivery.

As of May 2024 we have adhered to the IOSS scheme that allows us to charge VAT ( TVA, Mehrwertsteuer or IVA) on your behalf, during check-out for orders bellow €150. That means no VAT is due when your order is assessed by customs.

How it works:

  • For orders bellow €150 (excluding shipping) VAT is collected during check-out, clearly marked as EU tax and charged accordingly to your country rates. Receipt with VAT and postal labels with IOSS paid will be attached to the packet for quick clearance.
  • For orders over €150, we do not charge VAT and you will be liable for VAT, duties and import fees.

In the event of your order being incorrectly assessed by customs, please contact us so that we can confirm the order was valid for IOSS and assist you when contacting your local customs.

IOSS system applies to the EU member states of Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

Online retailers who place packaging filled with goods to customers in Germany have an obligation to register with LUCID. The “VerpackG” promotes recycling of all packaging materials.
Our business ANTIKUOS is registered at the Packaging Register of the Stiftung Zentrale Stelle Verpackungsregister (Foundation Central Agency Packaging Register – ZSVR) with registration number DE5051890416830.
Our licensing Partner for the collection and recycling of packaging is ACTIVATE by Reclay. Please ensure that the paper packaging that you receive from us is disposed in the right recycling containers.
